Transforming Lives Empowering the Future

Since our founding in 1999, we have worked relentlessly for the welfare of helpless and impoverished people in the remote villages of Bangladesh. We stand with people in their battles against natural disasters, lack of healthcare, educational deprivation, and poverty.

Starting as a small volunteer initiative, we have grown into one of the country's most trusted non-profit organizations. Our programs span education, health, clean water, environment, livelihood, and disaster relief across all of Bangladesh.

A civil engineer, accomplished TV serial actor, and devoted humanitarian, Engr. Najmul Mujahid Shohel has built a truly unique identity in Bangladeshi society. He founded this organization in 1999 and has since worked on the ground alongside the poor, helpless, and disaster-affected people of rural Bangladesh.

Alongside his advanced engineering education, he has used his television career to highlight real social issues and build public awareness — making him an extraordinary bridge between art, intellect, and grassroots service. His dual identity as an engineer and an artist has elevated this organization to a distinctive height.
